FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free on our artworks to most countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. A shipping fee applies to a small number of far away destinations, such as Brazil, Japan and Switzerland, and some other countries. You will always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

HOW YOUR ORDER WORKS
Every artwork is custom made for you. After you place your order we create your digital preview, and once you approve it your artwork is printed and shipped. When it ships, we email you tracking information so you can follow your artwork's journey to you.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide using trusted shipping providers. Wherever possible your artwork is made close to your delivery address, so in most cases there are no import duties or customs fees to pay.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your artwork! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original condition. You’ll receive a full refund, minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@twincityartworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll assess the situation and work towards a satisfactory solution.
