ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 4-5 working days for our designers to create your custom artwork. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it out and send you an email with tracking information, so you can follow your artwork's journey to you!

SHIPPING OPTIONS
During checkout, simply enter your address to choose your preferred shipping option. We offer local delivery within the European Union and the United Kingdom. If local delivery isn't available during checkout, unfortunately, your order isn't eligible for it.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 days using trusted local shipping providers, and you can expect your custom artwork to arrive within 10-14 days of placing your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option. You’ll see the full shipping charge before completing your order.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your artwork! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original condition. You’ll receive a full refund, minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@twincityartworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll assess the situation and work towards a satisfactory solution.
