Refund policy

Refunds
We want you to be happy with your artwork! If you are not satisfied, refunds are at the discretion of Twin City Artworks. Once your refund request is approved, you will be notified, and the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take 3 to 5 days, depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns
If you're not completely in love with your artwork, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original condition. The return shipping is at your own expense. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a  replacement.

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@twincityartworks.com with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process and make it as easy as possible!
